Regarding my email to you on March 29, the link I was given by the Benson company was incorrect.

I’d looked at the video earlier and it was indeed, 4 minutes. However, by the time my message reached you, it was misdirected  to a much longer video.

We all make mistakes and when I pointed this out to Mr. Benson he became quite irate.

His products have always had a good reputation, but I’d never dealt with him directly before. I was shocked at his negative reaction.

Again, my apologies, but while I can take nothing away from his work or his products, I will not continue doing business with either him or his company.

I’ll be looking for a suitable nutritional outlet to refer my list to. In fact, there are several really neat things in the wings that I’ll be sharing with you all down the line.
